A letter dated September 2, 1937 in Bolszowce was written by the Tarbut Association to the county administration. The image of this letter is stored on microfilm at CAHJP in Jerusalem. A copy of the image was acquired by Karen and translated by Donia.

A membership meeting was held on August 27, 1937 and the following board members were elected.
