A letter dated November 27, 1937 was written from the admistrator of the Rohatyn District to the voivodship office in Stanislawow regarding the Makkabi association of Rohatyn. A copy of this letter is on microfilm at CAHJP in Jerusalem. An image of this letter was acquired by Karen.

Makkabi of Rohatyn was first registered on September 19, 1932

Makkabi of Rohatyn held a membership meeting on August 28, 1937 and the following board members were elected.

Vice President: Izak Butter

Secretary: Kalman Faust

Treasurer: Rubin Bromberg

Membership: Salamon Acht, Elo Katz, Majer Reiss
