NAVIGATING THE WEBSITE:
On the left hand side of this webpage, you will find the navigation bar. This frame contains a list of towns with arrows preceding and pointing toward the name. Clicking on an arrow will point the arrow downward and reveal the titles of subpages. Clicking on any title will redirect your webpage to that link.
Clicking on a downward arrow will collapse the subpages underneath the main title.
MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of the Rohatyn District Research Group is two-fold. The first mission is to be an online focal point for descendants of Jewish ancestors from Rohatyn and the surrounding communities where members can perform genealogical research, share family history, and connect with other members. The second mission is to gather data and information about towns in the Rohatyn district from various sources to aid the genealogical research of our family history. The hope of this group is that in combining both these missions, we can create a better picture of how our ancestors lived and interacted with other citizens of the town.
